Application
The cables are suitable for cable’s vehicles, door style lifts, movable lifts, platform transports, movable transports and machine tools as well as for using under a higher mechanical stress, frequently bending and connecting motor leads.
Properties
1. The permissible continuing temperature is 90℃. The cables could work under the
lowest temperature -35℃ outer door and with the performances of ozone resistant, UV
resistant and humidity resistant.
2. The rated voltage U0/U of the cables is 0.6/1kV.
3.Test AC voltage; 2.5Kv for 5min.
4.The cables are with EPR rubber compound as an insulation with SBR rubber compound for inner sheath and CR compound for outer sheath.
5. The primary cores are individually colored in black, blue and brown, the ground core is in yellow/green.
6. There is a tinned copper wires braided layer. The density of the braiding should be more than 80%.
7. The cables are with the performance of oil resistant.
