Application
The cables are suitable for fixed installation and flexible operation as power supply cables to motors, distribution boards etc. For underground mining applications, for tunnel building applications, for open cast mining applications, for use in quarries and similar applications.
NSSHOEU was developed for special requirements in open pit mines and underground mining. These flexible cables are used for very high mechanical load, in dry and damp areas, out doors, in explosion hazard areas and for power supply to motors and other mobile equipments in industry and building industry. The cable type covers the applications described in DIN VDE 0118-2 / DIN VDE 0168. Further requirements see DIN VDE 0298-3.In case of small conductor cross-sections and over three cores the earth conductor is here located concentrically between inner and outer sheath.
