P5 BFOU 0.6/1KV Offshore Power Cable

Application:

Offshore power cables are used for electrical power transmission on Drilling ships & drilling platforms (Jack up, Semi-submersible), Production Platforms (TLP, Semi-submersible, SPAR, Fixed platforms) and FPSO/FSO. These NEK 606 standard low voltage cables are fire resistant, low smoke and halogen free.

1.Conductor		Circular tinned stranded copper in accordance with IEC 60228.Class 2.
2.Insulation		Mica glass tape & Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR)
		or Mica glass tape & Cross-linked Polyethylene(XLPE).
3.Cabling		Cores are laid up together and then wrapped by polyester tape
4.Inner covering		Halogen-free flame retardant compound
5.Braid armour		Tinned copper wire braid in accordance with IEC 60092-350.
6.Outer sheath		Halogen-free thermoset compound in accordance with type SHF2.
