P5/P12 BFOU 0.6/1KV Offshore Power Cable

Application:

Offshore power cables are used for electrical power transmission on Drilling ships & drilling platforms (Jack up, Semi-submersible), Production Platforms (TLP, Semi-submersible, SPAR, Fixed platforms) and FPSO/FSO. These NEK 606 standard low voltage power cables are fire resistant, low smoke, halogen free and mud resistant.

1.Conductor		Circular tinned stranded copper in accordance with IEC 60228.Class 2.
2.Insulation		Mica glass tape & EPR(Ethylene Propylene Rubber)
		or Mica glass tape & Cross-linked Polyethylene(XLPE).
3.Cabling		Cores are laid up together and then wrapped by polyester tape
4.Inner covering		Halogen-free flame retardant compound
5.Braid armour		Tinned copper wire braid in accordance with IEC 60092-350.
6.Outer sheath		Halogen-free thermoset compound in accordance with type SHF Mud.
