P7 BFOU 6/10KV Offshore Power Cable

Application:

Offshore HV power cables are used for electrical power transmission on Drilling ships & drilling platforms (jack up, semi-submersible), Production Platforms (TLP, semi-submersible, SPAR, fixed platforms) and FPSO/FSO. The NEK 606 standard Cables are Fire resistant, Low smoke and Halogen free.

1.Conductor		Circular tinned stranded copper in accordance with IEC 60228.
2.Insulation		Mica glass tape & (EPR) Ethylene Propylene Rubber
3.Insulation Screen		Semi conducting material and tinned copper wire braid.
4.Cabling		Cores are laid up together and then wrapped by polyester tape
5.Inner covering		Halogen-free flame retardant compound
6.Braid armour		Tinned copper wire braid in accordance with IEC 60092-350.
7.Outer sheath		Halogen-free thermoset compound in accordance with type SHF2 (RED)
