Application:

Offshore instrumentation cables (also communication, control or signal cables) are used for electrical signal transmission on Drilling ships & drilling platforms (Jack up, Semi-submersible), Production Platforms (TLP, Semi-submersible, SPAR, Fixed platforms) and FPSO/FSO. Theses cables are vital in offshore platforms and ships, in order to control and drive sensors, valves, measurements devices, alarm systems. Type S4 BFOUO(c) 250V are collective screened, fire resistant and halogen-free.

1.Conductor		Circular tinned stranded copper (0.75)(1.5)or(2.5)mm2 in accordance with IEC 60228.
2.Insulation		Mica glass tape and Ethylene Propylene Rubber(EPR)
3.Twisting,cabling		Color coded cores twisted pairs/triples.Pairs/triples are layed up collectively
		screened by copper backed polyester tape with tinned copper drain wire.
4.Inner covering		Halogen-free flame retardant compound
5.Braid armour		Tinned copper wire braid in accordance with IEC 60092-350.
6.Outer sheath		Halogen-free thermoset compound in accordance with type SHF2.
